Ascend is a live events brand operated by Cross Promotions International II Pty Ltd atf Thunder From Down Under Trustee (ABN: 88 493 534 306) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket to, or attending, an Ascend event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all Ascend events. Events are strictly 18+ licensed events conducted in accordance with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation and Queensland Police Service requirements.
A valid ticket and valid government-issued photo ID are required for entry. No ID, no entry. Fake, altered, or borrowed ID will be confiscated and may be reported.
All tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Ascend reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron without refund for intoxication, disorderly or unsafe behaviour, failure to comply with venue rules, failure to present valid ID, or breach of these Terms. Ascend operates under Responsible Service of Alcohol principles and reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol.
Line-ups, set times, venues, and event details are subject to change. Artist line-up changes, set time changes, or partial interruptions do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Attendance is at your own risk. You acknowledge that live events may involve risks including crowd movement, lighting effects, noise, weather conditions, and alcohol consumption. To the extent permitted by law, Ascend and Cross Promotions International II Pty Ltd atf Thunder From Down Under Trustee exclude liability for any loss, injury, or damage suffered at an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Ascend events may be filmed or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain unless authorised. Unauthorised promotional activity or solicitation is prohibited.
If an Ascend event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, artist cancellations, venue issues, government or regulatory directives, police or emergency service action, safety concerns, or force majeure — Ascend reserves the right to determine the appropriate outcome on a case-by-case basis. Where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Ascend may, at its discretion, offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds via the original ticketing platform, subject to applicable fees and costs incurred. Refunds are not guaranteed. Where an event is postponed or relocated, tickets will remain valid unless otherwise advised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
